Papé Group Gains Kenworth Dealer Chain in Oregon

The Papé Group, a Eugene, Ore.-based dealer of heavy-duty equipment for the transportation and construction industries, said it has acquired Roberts Motor Co., a dealer of Kenworth medium- and heavy-duty trucks.

The Papé Group said in a statement that the sale included dealerships in Portland, Eugene, Medford and Redmond, Ore.  Papé Group already operates Kenworth dealerships in Central Oregon and California.

Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
